Made-to-Order Process

Each artwork is produced upon order to ensure quality and care.

Estimated production timelines:

• Fine art prints (unframed): 10–15 business days

• Framed works: 15–20 business days

• Limited editions are inspected and signed where applicable

Every order is personally overseen by the artist. As this practice is independently managed alongside full-time academic commitments, production may occasionally require slightly additional time during examination periods. Your patience allows each work to receive the attention it deserves, and it is sincerely appreciated.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Thai baht and may change at any time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

In rare situations such as payment issues, technical errors, or production limitations, we may need to cancel an order. If this happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from Thailand to destinations available at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or local handling procedures. Tracking is provided when available for your selected shipping method.

Customs & Import Duties

For international collectors, your country may apply import duties, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fees.

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our pricing unless clearly stated.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs charges. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional charges incurred may be deducted from a refund where applicable.

Customs processing times are outside our control, though we are happy to assist with documentation if needed.

Packaging & Care

Prints are carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate for fine art shipping, including protective sleeves, rigid mailers or reinforced tubes, and corner protection for framed works.

Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safe arrival.

Returns & Damage

Because each work is created specifically for you, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified damage or incorrect items.

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Color & Appearance

While every effort is made to represent artworks accurately, colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and printing processes. Subtle variations are part of the nature of fine art printing.

Copyright & Usage

All artworks and images remain the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchasing a print grants ownership of the physical artwork only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — such as carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural events, or supply interruptions — may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding should such situations arise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
